Cucinapro Crepe Maker- Breakfast of Champions

I fell like crepe – just kidding, I could go for some Crepes!

Cucinapro is a brand for perfecting the most beautiful breakfast items. I mean yea I put my own flare on the food but it’s about the product. I previously reviewed a waffle maker from Cucinapro that made them into hearts. This time around I used their crepe maker. It can also double as a griddle if needed. However for this post, it helped made some pretty delicious crepes.

Now I’ve only made crepes once before this, and made them in pan. Which worked fine, but this particular maker allows for rather large crepes to be made. Which brings me to my next point. As much as I wanted to eat more than one of them, I just couldn’t.

I just went through bariatric surgery, so it pains me to think about this. I could really go for a crepe right now. Truthfully one day I’ll be able to have them again, but with some adjustments. Instead of a super sweet, sugar filled one I will try a savory crepe. However I’ll share with you what I made in the moments leading up to surgery.
I simply made the Crepe using the heat seeing between 3 and 4. I then scooped some of the batter on the griddle once it was hot. Took about one minute, 15 seconds to make.
I then spread some hot fudge/chocolate sauce on top of the crepe. This at the time was my best life’s choice. Thinking back on it now, is possibly get so, so sick.
I then sliced up some fresh strawberries and placed them on top. Only on the lower/ upper half though so you’re able to fold it in half twice. To make a cone shape. Don’t over fill, or it will be hard to fold and keep fillings in place.
Lastly add some whipped cream to the top and drizzle with some extra chocolate sauce. Feel free to add sprinkles, or cookie pieces like I did.
